We’re excited to welcome Zoë Hawkins and Russel Fox to the team as our newest Group Creative Directors.

Zoë and Russel bring a huge amount of creative firepower, experience and leadership to our Melbourne office and will play a big role in mentoring our team and pushing the work to new heights.

Zoë has spent more than 15 years creating globally awarded work across four continents, for brands like Nike, Levi’s, Heineken and Mini UK. She’s worked at agencies including Wieden+Kennedy, AKQA and BBC Creative, and somehow also found time to launch a sportswear brand, write for immersive theatre and pick up three Bronze Lions along the way.

Russel has spent the last two decades shaping brand platforms, challenging conventions, and occasionally annoying legal. After kicking off his career at Clemenger BBDO, he spent time at BBDO New York, M&C Saatchi and more, working with iconic brands like Guinness, Pepsi, Starbucks, Carlton and Yellow Pages.

We’re thrilled to have them both on board.
